A Brief Bio: Jin'zal was a promising young scholar of the troubled Baywoe
tribe, who relished the joys of his homeland, even through their
consistently tough and lean times. His people lived off the
northern shores of Kalimdor, hiding from the outside world
through the efforts of his peoples clerics. Numerous events lead
to their extermination, the harbouring and aiding of two
Darkspear trolls was attributed as one step towards destruction,
that left Jin'zal very bitter for a long time. Jin'zal had
embraced their shamanistic teachings, as he was a lover of knew
knowledge. But when the clerics power failed his island home, he
cast it off in favour of the traditional academic role of holy
priest. It was his ultimate tribute to the Baywoe tribe.
Though he eventually stopped blaming the Darkspear, he never
lost his resentment for the night elves who were directly
involved in his homes destruction. One of the last survivors of
his people, he wandered south and found his way into the newly
established Horde's lands. After a long journey, with little
supplies, he was not fully able to fight off the humans who
still wandered the coast of Durotar, harassing the Darkspear and
orcs alike. It was then that he met the young green orc woman,
Lae.
Together as Lae and Jin'zal:
The blue skinned and red haired troll seemed to Lae to be a
Darkspear in need. The humans had caused their people much
trouble especially, so this came as no shock to the young
warrior. She raced to his side, and though inexperienced
herself, Jin'zal's restorative powers kept the young warrior
alive and fighting against overwhelming odds.
From then on, Jin'zal tagged along with the warrior. He kept her
healed, she kept him safe. The arrangement was immediately
accepted by both, and though Lae was confused by a troll who
could not speak Orcish, she taught him and in his academic
style, learned quickly and by the book.
The older troll was fascinated by her. He had never set his eyes
upon an orc, and was astonished that one so young could be so
strong and able. Lae, on the other hand, was amazed that a troll
so frail and sickly looking could even survive the treks to the
battlefield. While he admired her, she grew protective and
concerned. But in addition to that, she appreciated and knew the
value of his holy arts, and more so, she enjoyed his company.
She loved listening to his long stories and strange way of
talking. So they continued together for a long time, growing
quite fond of each others company and companionship.
One evening in Durotar while returning from a battle, Lae
grabbed the tall troll and flung him into the red sands, pinning
him down and kissing him. The mighty warrior Lae claimed him her
own, and from then on Jin'zal followed behind his protector all
the more closely even.
They are currently engaged to become married.
