A Brief Bio
Lae's parents turned to the dark forces of the Stormreaver Clan,
embracing the dark forces of the Warlocks. Lae's older sister,
seeing the loss of love and concern for their children from
their parents, feared for her little sister and herself. She
took Lae from them and raised her as best she could. In this
manner Lae was taught the harsh lessons of life, and took up the
way of the warrior like her elder sister, whom she admired.
Her sister embraced the new Horde under Thrall almost
immediately, and Lae began to reach maturity in their new
homeland of Durotar. It was there that she really began the
study of the warriors ways beyond the most basic of instruction
she received from Kali, her sister. Eager to fight and test her
growing strength, Lae flung herself into battle against the
encroaching humans in Durotar. Though young and inexperienced,
she came upon Jin'zal, the sickly looking and endangered troll.
Together as Lae and Jin'zal:
The blue skinned and red haired troll seemed to Lae to be a
Darkspear in need. The humans had caused their people much
trouble especially, so this came as no shock to the young
warrior. She raced to his side, and though inexperienced
herself, Jin'zal's restorative powers kept the young warrior
alive and fighting against overwhelming odds.
From then on, Jin'zal tagged along with the warrior. He kept her
healed, she kept him safe. The arrangement was immediately
accepted by both, and though Lae was confused by a troll who
could not speak Orcish, she taught him and in his academic
style, learned quickly and by the book.
The older troll was fascinated by her. He had never set his eyes
upon an orc, and was astonished that one so young could be so
strong and able. Lae, on the other hand, was amazed that a troll
so frail and sickly looking could even survive the treks to the
battlefield. While he admired her, she grew protective and
concerned. But in addition to that, she appreciated and knew the
value of his holy arts, and more so, she enjoyed his company.
She loved listening to his long stories and strange way of
talking. So they continued together for a long time, growing
quite fond of each others company and companionship.
One evening in Durotar while returning from a battle, Lae
grabbed the tall troll and flung him into the red sands, pinning
him down and kissing him. The mighty warrior Lae claimed him her
own, and from then on Jin'zal followed behind his protector all
the more closely even.
They are currently engaged to become married.
